About Us

Who Are We?

The Well Counselling is a team of qualified counsellors, providing support for clients from all backgrounds who are over 18. Founded in 1993, we are part of the Lyttleton Well.

From September 2025 we are operating based on a new Charter which you can find here.

We believe in supporting the emotional, mental and spiritual well-being of our clients regardless of financial status, gender, religion, sexual orientation, race, colour or ethnic origin.

All of our counsellors belong to professional counselling bodies and are committed to their ethical standards.

We do not offer Christian Counselling at the Well, but we are a Christian Organisation, with a Christian ethos, supported by Malvern churches together.

Clients come recommended to us by their GPs, as well as word of mouth recommendations from previous clients, friends and family.  Many our clients find us online, via our website.

We are proud to have won the Improving Lives Award at the Pride of Malvern Hills Community Awards 2020.
